These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Site-Launch's Website, located at https://www.site-launch.com.
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use site-launch.com if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Service Overview
Site Launch provides fast, lightweight website setup services using Wix.com.
You (the Client) are responsible for purchasing your own hosting plan and domain name. Site Launch does not manage billing, account creation, email setup, or ongoing hosting support.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and timely project, the client agrees to:
Complete the required onboarding form and submit the project payment before work begins.
Provide any business information, photos, logos, or content they would like included, if applicable. If no content is provided, stock imagery and standard placeholder content may be used.
Review the website preview and provide consolidated feedback promptly. The project includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional changes may require additional fees.
Create or access a Wix account when invited and complete required steps to activate hosting and purchase/connect a domain.
Complete hosting plan and domain purchase directly through Wix. Ongoing hosting and domain fees are the client’s responsibility and are not included in the Site-Launch build fee.
Accept site ownership transfer once the website is completed and hosting is activated.
Manage and maintain third-party services (such as email, Google Business Profile, analytics, or other integrations). Guidance may be provided, but Site-Launch is not responsible for third-party services.
Ensure all provided content is accurate and lawful and does not infringe on third-party rights.
3. Turnaround Time
Typical delivery: 3–5 business days after all required access and content is received.
This timeline may extend if:
Required info is delayed
Major revisions are requested
Site scope expands
4. Revisions
Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions after the initial build.
Additional revisions may require an extra fee.
5. Ownership
You own your Hostinger account, domain, and website.
Site Launch does not claim ownership of your website or content.
6. Communication
Communications will be handled primarily through email unless otherwise agreed.
Prompt replies ensure faster completion.
7. Domains & Hosting Fees
You are fully responsible for your Wix payments.
Site Launch does not manage or refund any hosting, email, or domain-related charges.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time, but refunds follow the Refund Policy above.
9. Liability Limitation
Site Launch is not responsible for:
Hosting outages
Domain registration issues
Email setup or email deliverability
Revenue loss or any consequential damages
Our responsibility is limited solely to website setup services.

By using Site Launch, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Refund Policy.
