We aim to be fair and clear.

Refunds Are Approved If:

• Work has not started yet.
  (“Work” begins once access is shared and the initial site setup has started.)

Refunds Are Not Available If:

• Access was granted and work has begun

• A draft website or completed sections have already been delivered

• The website is completed

• The Client is unresponsive or delays the project

• The Client changes their mind after work has started
