Work has not started yet.
(“Work” begins once access is shared and the initial site setup has started.)
Refunds Are Not Available If:
Access was granted and work has begun
A draft website or completed sections have already been delivered
The website is completed
The Client is unresponsive or delays the project
The Client changes their mind after work has started
